The
Discs
A common
site of pain is where the nerve exits the spinal canal
and experiences presssure from a disc bulge.

Under normal
circumstances, the disc functions as a shock absorber to
cushion vertical loading of the human torso on the
spine.
If the fluid in
the disc is compressed over time, it may yield to the
pressure.
Decompression is
a tremendous benefit in that it reverses the loading effect of
gravity.
